I’m not a clinician, influencer, or guru. I’m someone who’s spent years trapped in the mental health system—misdiagnosed, overmedicated, misunderstood, and told I was broken. I've lived with ADHD, OCD, BPD, anxiety, depression, and trauma—but over time, I began to see things differently.
After years of trial, error, research, and reflection—not just in my own life, but through listening to others—I came to realize something radical: there’s nothing wrong with me. And maybe there’s nothing wrong with you either.
What’s broken is the system that treats symptoms without understanding stories. What’s missing is context—the environments, expectations, and emotional overloads that shape how we think, feel, and behave.
This site is my way of sharing what I’ve learned. Everything here is self-published, raw, and rooted in real-life experience—mine and stories like mine. Not everything will be clinical. Not everything will be “correct.” But it will be honest. And if it helps even one person feel less alone or more understood, then it’s doing its job.
